People typically seek out therapy in the dark moments of life, where they might feel anywhere from broken and stuck, to a little off-base. Whether this is a result of life transitions, systemic oppression or challenging personal relationships, my work as a therapist allows me the opportunity to enter these places with my clients, finding the beauty in the dark and guiding you back to remembering your inherent wholeness.
I’m grateful to have a career that allows me to be authentically myself and to use this genuine expression to connect with others who are looking for more ease in their own lives. I work holistically—welcoming and creating space for all parts of the self—exploring the past while also staying grounded in the present. My approach to treatment is trauma-informed, relational, and cultural. I approach each session with compassion and humor, mixing traditional therapy with a mind-body approach. I feel deeply lucky and honored to witness and facilitate healing and growth as my clients access more authenticity, joy and freedom in their lives.
